Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Infinite, a brand of Truething Naturals Pvt Ltd, a licensed seller of ayurvedic supplements. This Policy is to be read along with our Terms of Service.

A. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may initiate a return per Section B once delivered (only where applicable).

B. Returns

As these are ayurvedic supplements/consumables, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or the seal is broken, for hygiene and safety reasons, in line with AYUSH/FSSAI guidelines.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases, within 48 hours of delivery:

Product received damaged or leaking.
Wrong product/variant delivered.
Product delivered past its expiry date.
Missing items from the order (Unboxing video required in case of missing or incorrect order received)

To raise a return, share unboxing/product photos and your order ID at [infinine42@gmail.com / 9760535933] within the 48-hour window. Claims raised after this window will not be accepted.

C. Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For orders paid via COD, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI — you'll be asked for those details.

For an approved case, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

D. Shipping Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at [infinine42@gmail.com / 9760535933]. We do not offer refunds solely for delivery delays caused by the courier partner, but will assist in tracking and resolution.

E. Modification of the Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at our discretion, at any time, due to changes in law or otherwise.

By placing an order with Infinite, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
